Abstract

In the present paper, we define and study generalized CRsubmanifolds of Riemannian manifold with golden structure. We introduce some properties for generalized CR-submanifolds. Moreover, we obtain many results on totally umbilical generalized CR-submanifolds of a golden Riemannian manifold.
